The midwives hold clinics between 08:50 and 10:30 on Monday and Wednesday mornings and liaise with the hospital midwifery service to see mothers and new babies on their return home.

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
The health visitors run a Well Baby Clinic (up to 8 months old) at Goodtrees Community Centre, 5 Moredunvale Place Every Wednesday 11:00 to 12:30.
